We will be having a quiet day at home which is the way I like to spend holidays. If it doesn’t rain. Hubby will grill some steaks. If it does, he will fix something else.

A wonderful Mother's Day to you too. We are off to my brother's house for a dinner of eggplant parmesan and pasta. There are 4 of us in the family that are moms, and the men and boys take care of everything for the day — make meal, clear table, wash dishes, etc. Luxury!
